Drive Shots
Drive shots are fast, flat strokes that travel straight over the net, used to pressure your opponent.
Technique
- Forehand Drive:
- Grip: Use the forehand grip.
- Stance: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Swing: Swing the racket in a straight, horizontal motion. Use your wrist to generate speed.
- Follow-through: Keep the follow-through short and sharp.
- Backhand Drive:
- Grip: Use the backhand grip.
- Swing: Similar to the forehand drive but on your backhand side. Use a flicking motion with your wrist.
- Follow-through: Maintain a short follow-through for control.
